Our Guarantee
Great Products = Happy Customers. It is a guarantee that the product will arrive in good condition, or there will be a return of the full purchase price of the product not including shipping.
Shipping & Handling Fees: I will try and accomodate the lowest shipping rate there is available. Shipping is based on weight. Should orders be able to fit in a USPS Priority Flat Rate Envelope or Box, I will offer this option. A small handling fee is included within the shipping rate. This amount goes towards supplies and online fees that may be incurred.
PAYPAL payers on regular orders:
Please make payment immediately or within 24 HOURS. Should the 24 hour limit exceed, your order will be CANCELED, and you will risk the chance of losing your ordered item(s) to another order that may be placed after the exceeded time that payment was not made. This does NOT pertain to PREORDERED items paid via PAYPAL.
Returns: You may return an item for refund or replacement within 14 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please contact me via email, prior to returning your product(s) at littlecs7@gmail.com, as I would like find a solution prior to having the items returned. Should the item(s) need to be returned, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; Little C's will not be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
